University Heights is located between Hillcrest and North Park. It has its own personality with a mix of Craftsman bungalows and apartments and laid-back eateries and hip bars for food. Its stylish retail and business district is at the intersection of Park Boulevard and Adams Avenue and has the best in town -- coffee houses, restaurants, bars, and convenience stores. There's also nearby Trolley Park, which serves as the neighborhood hangout for laying in the sun, concerts, and movies in the park, and a playground for families. The Diversionary Theatre puts on local productions at its location on Park Boulevard

✦ To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal, and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.  We perform monthly hospitality cleanings for our guests' convenience and safety and to ensure our guests have everything needed for a great stay!  Additionally, the community common areas have 24/7 surveillance.  As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in your apartment, or on the balcony. Smoking will result in a $200 additional cleaning charge and possible eviction. Please review our house rules, any violation of house rules including Noise Violation will be fined $250 or lead to forfeiture of security deposit. This unit contains a smoke detector and NoiseAware device.  We request you take care of the space with the same grace you would your own home, so that you may return again soon.
